No. Interface has a North American network of professional technicians to install your new system. The Install, set-up, and future maintenance is all included in the pricing. Interface will coordinate with your General Contractor and pre-define locations for them to wire as part of their build.
Yes, Interface Customer experience team will coordinate with you on dashboard access and trainings in advance of your opening.
Interface will become your sole provider for Network, Firewall, WiFi, Voice and Video adding a multitude of value added services. All fully monitored and maintained under full warranty.
They have pre-negotiated pricing on your behalf, making the sign-up process simple and easy. Fill in the Managed Services to answer a few simple questions like address and payment information. From there the Interface order desk will send a digital agreement for signature, and the Interface team will coordinate with Salata’s team for your installation timeline.
